Exchange & return policy

  • If the size you ordered is too loose or does not fit right, let us know so that we can help you out with the exchange for another size, style, or a credit note valid for up to 30 days for online purchases only.

  • We are flexible with our exchange policy; however, we wish to minimize exchanges for quality and hygiene purposes. So check out our size chart to get more information about the right size!!! Or contact our stylist on WhatsApp to guide you to the right size.

  • We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. The exchange query has to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Please note that we will only be exchanging the product once for free of charge. Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at Rs 200.

  • We make customized sizes (XXS, 3XL, 4XL, and 5XL) on a made-to-order basis only; hence, they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and need to be prepaid. Our stylist would love to assist you with the custom size chart or any other requirements.

  • Also, any other customized piece done on the request of the customer (length alteration, fitting, etc.) is also non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

  • Custom orders need special care, hence there is a minimal charge of Rs 1000 for customisation requests. Also, any custom order needs to be prepaid and cannot be done on Cash on Delivery basis.

  • We do not do any cash refunds/refunds in bank account. Products once sold is the final sale and can be exchanged for another piece or credit note only

To avail the reverse pickup facility kindly email us your exchange query along with order number at sales@houseoffett.com or simply connect with our Personal Stylists through Whatsapp with the icon provided on bottom left of the website within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • We offer an exchange period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. However intimation for exchange/credit note should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    Any request received after the returnable 48 hour window are not eligible for returns/exchange.

  • A product can be exchanged only three times, maximum. Our stylists would love to assist you.


An order can only be exchanged or is eligible for a credit note only once.

We offer Reverse Pickup Facility for first time exchanges, however if you are looking for a speedy exchange process you can choose to self ship your order.

Refunds are issued only for website purchases in the form of a credit note or gift card, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Hit us up, and we will take care of the rest for you. However, the credit note can only be issued once.

Sale products can only be exchanged for size subject to availability. Sale products can not be exchanged for any other style. We do not offer credit notes in exchange of Sale Products. Sale products are eligible for size exchange only. In case the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued which will be valid for only for website purchases, within 30 days from the date of issue of the credit note.

First Time Reverse Pickup & Exchange are Free for all customers.
Any subsequent exchanges incur a cost of Rs 200 for Reverse Pickup & Exchange Items to be sent.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on international orders. It is essential for customers to ensure clarity regarding sizing and specifications before placing their order.

Follow these quick steps to use your gift card at checkout:

Step 1:
Go to your side cart and review the items you’ve added.

Step 2:
Click on the option “Pay with Gift Card.”

Step 3:
You’ll be taken to the Shopify checkout page. Enter your contact and shipping information.

Step 4:
In the checkout page, find the box labeled “Gift card or discount code.”

Step 5:
Enter your gift card code and click Apply.
Your gift card amount will automatically be deducted from your total.

Your gift card can be used partially — any remaining balance stays on the card, and if your purchase exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the difference using a card, UPI, or COD.

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange through our Return Prime service:

  1. Go to the Return Prime Page
    Visit Register for Return/Exchange.
  2. Enter Your Order Information
    Enter your Order Number and Email Address associated with the order.
  3. Select Return or Exchange
    On the next screen, choose whether you'd like to Return or Exchange your item(s).
  4. Choose Your Product
    Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  5. Submit Your Request
    Once everything looks good, click Submit to finalize your request.

Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

If you opt for Cash on Delivery for an amount less than Rs 2,999 for an exchange or when a credit note is redeemed, the delivery partner will charge an extra COD amount of Rs 90, which will be payable by the customer only. Prepaid exchanges will carry no such COD charge.
